Purpose: This document outlines the Terms & Conditions (T&C) governing the use of Howdy TX’s services and products, including Little Houses and Tiny Pools. It is intended to provide clear guidelines and expectations for both Howdy TX and our customers.

Acceptance: By accessing the Howdy TX website, purchasing products, or utilizing our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these T&C.

2. General Terms

Eligibility: Services and products of Howdy TX are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Governing Law: These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

3. Product Details

Little Houses:

• The Bunkie: A 326 sq ft house, suitable for sleeping 4, with a bathroom and coffee bar.

• The Bunkhouse: A 900 sq ft house, accommodating up to 8 people, with 2 shower rooms, 3 vanities, a full kitchen and living area, and laundry hookups.

Tiny Pools:

• Stock Tank Pools (Howdy Soaker, Howdy Hopper) with varying sizes and optional heaters.​

Products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Listed on our website and subject to change. Custom projects may have different pricing, to be agreed upon in writing.

Payment Terms: Acceptable methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers. A deposit may be required for certain orders, with the balance due upon completion or as per the agreed payment schedule.

 

5. Delivery and Installation

Scheduling: We will coordinate with customers to schedule delivery and installation.

Responsibility: Customers must ensure the site is prepared and accessible for installation. Howdy TX is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to unprepared sites.

 

6. Warranty and Guarantees

Warranty Period: We provide a warranty for our products, the specifics of which are detailed in the warranty documentation provided at the time of purchase.

Limitations: The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, neglect, or modifications by anyone other than Howdy TX authorized personnel.

 

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within a specified period, details of which will be provided at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy, available on our website or upon request.

 

8. Liability

Limitation of Liability: Howdy TX’s liability in connection with any product or service is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product or service.

Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Howdy TX from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the customer's use of our products and services.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

Process: In case of disputes, customers are encouraged to contact Howdy TX directly for resolution. If unresolved, mediation or arbitration in Kerrville, Texas, may be sought.
